Welcome to Stackroom. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service and website. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Stackroom is operated by VOCSO Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India with its registered office in Faridabad, Haryana. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean VOCSO Technologies Pvt Ltd.

For customers outside India, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle handles customer service enquiries relating to billing, and processes returns and refunds for those orders. Payments within India are processed by Razorpay, where VOCSO Technologies Pvt Ltd is the seller.

Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Charges collected by Paddle appear on your statement with a "PADDLE*" prefix.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Stackroom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of Service

Our service is designed to help you track and manage assets. You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access it using a method other than the interfaces and instructions that we provide.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and your continued use of the service after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
