Print your labels
- 1Select the assets you want labels for.
- 2Generate the labels — they include a scannable QR and a “Property of {your org}” mark.
- 3Print on a standard label sheet or printer, and apply.
Scanning in the field
- Scan to view — point the camera to open the asset.
- Scan to increment — scanning an existing label bumps quantity instead of creating a duplicate.
- Geo scan map — each scan drops a pin, building a location history over time.
